Board meets the 4th Monday of October, January, April, and July at 6:00 PM for a hybrid meeting. Most committees meet monthly, and Fellow is encouraged to attend each committee meeting at least once.

Board meetings are bi-monthly, held virtually. Times rotate: 8:00 a.m., noon and 6:00 p.m.

Our Board of Directors meets on the fourth Monday of every other month at 5:30 -7:00 PM. The only exception is December’s meeting, which is scheduled earlier to accommodate the holidays. Meetings are: October 20, 2025,
December 15, 2025, February 23, 2026, April 27, 2026, and June 22, 2026. All meetings are hybrid, with the in-person option held at our Enola office (123 N. Enola Drive) and a virtual option available via Zoom.

Fellows are welcome to attend the June board meeting, which takes place after graduation, as a way to close out the fiscal year alongside the board. Participation in that meeting is optional, not required.
