Nonprofit Partners Board Internship Directory

Below are the organizations that have signed up to host a Fellow on their Board throughout the 2025-2026 Class Year. The organization is listed and linked first with their Board Meeting requirements listed below each organization.

  • Last MON of every other month, 5:30 PM.

  • Bi-monthly board meetings. Hybrid option with two required in-person meetings:
    January, March, May, July, September, and November. Held 12:00-1:00 pm

  • Monthly, 3rd WED from 7:30 – 8:30 AM. Hybrid option for meetings.
    *This Board is observation only and cannot offer a board position after Fellows time is complete.

  • Second Wednesday of every month. 6:30 PM at CALC Office, 38 W. Pomfret St., Carlisle, PA

  • 7 Times per year in Jan, April, May, July, Sept (Audit Meeting), Annual Meeting, October.
    4th Tuesday at 5:30 PM

  • We normally meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at the United Way located at 145 South Hanover Street. If this happens to be a holiday, we will agree upon another convenient day for our meeting.

  • Day: Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month
    Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am
    Location: UPMC Carlisle Hospital 361 Alexander Spring Road Carlisle, PA 17015

  • Monthly on 2nd Thursday of the month via Zoom
    It is also recommended that the Fellow attend club meetings, held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from noon to 1 pm at 120 W Ridge Street, Carlisle.

  • First Monday of the Month (holidays moved to the following week), 4-5 pm on Dickinson College campus

  • Meetings are typically held at St. Paul's Church, 201 W Louther St, Carlisle, PA 17013, on the 4th Thursday of each month, 7:30-8:30 am. Remote meetings happen occasionally and are encouraged during inclement weather or if unable to attend in person.

  • Board Meetings (full Board) are held on the second Wednesday of every other month, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and are conducted via Zoom, with occasional in-person meetings at CONTACT's office location or a location of the Board's choice.
    Executive Committee Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 8:30 am via Zoom.

  • *This Board is observation only and cannot offer a board position after Fellows time is complete

  • The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4 PM. We prefer for people to meet in person at CCHS but a hybrid option via Zoom is possible.

  • Our meetings are hybrid. However, in-person meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Hampden Township Administration building at 6 PM.

  • Board meetings are held the second Friday of each month at 8am. Meetings are located in the conference room on the lower level of the Carlisle Borough building, 53 West South Street.

  • 2nd Monday of the month, 5:30-6:30pm
    Orrstown Bank, 427 Village Drive, Carlisle

  • Board meets the 4th Monday of October, January, April, and July at 6:00 PM for a hybrid meeting. Most committees meet monthly, and Fellow is encouraged to attend each committee meeting at least once.

  • The Friend board meets monthly on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. The board does not meet in July or December. Seven of the ten meetings are held online with the remaining three meetings held in person at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library Learning and Book Sale Center at 45 W Allen St, Mechanicsburg.

  • Board meetings are bi-monthly, held virtually. Times rotate: 8:00 a.m., noon and 6:00 p.m.

  • The Board of Directors meet the third Thursday of each month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Good Hope Fire Station Community Room

  • The board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in February, April, May, June, September, October, and November. The January meeting is a board retreat and meeting from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library Learning and Book Sale Center at 45 W Allen St in Mechanicsburg.

  • Monthly, 1st TUE at 8:00 AM in person at Carlisle Chamber

  • 2nd Thursday every other month, 3-5 pm, Mission Central

  • Every other month (7:30-8:30 a.m.), with an in-person (102 W High St., Carlisle) or Zoom option.
    Board Interns are also invited to sit on a standing committee; meetings are held on "off months" via Zoom at 8:00 am

  • Third Tuesday of every month, 5:00pm - 6:00pm, The Salvation Army 20 E Pomfret Street, Carlisle Pa 17013

  • Meets monthly on the first Monday of each month. The meetings are held at First United Methodist Church, 333 S. Spring Garden Street, Carlisle, from 6:30-7:30pm. Advanced notice is given if the meeting is believed to last longer than one hour.

  • Our Board of Directors meets on the fourth Monday of every other month at 5:30 -7:00 PM. The only exception is December’s meeting, which is scheduled earlier to accommodate the holidays. Meetings are: October 20, 2025,
    December 15, 2025, February 23, 2026, April 27, 2026, and June 22, 2026. All meetings are hybrid, with the in-person option held at our Enola office (123 N. Enola Drive) and a virtual option available via Zoom.

    Fellows are welcome to attend the June board meeting, which takes place after graduation, as a way to close out the fiscal year alongside the board. Participation in that meeting is optional, not required.

  • Last Thursday of the month, 12 PM, 55 Utley Drive, Camp Hill PA 17011 or via Teams

  • Every other month 12-1:30 at UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Office, located at 409 S. 2nd Street. There is a virtual option too.

  • Typically monthly on the last Thursday, from 3-4pm at the West Shore Chamber of Commerce offices in Camp Hill.

  • Meet the Second Monday of the month at 5:00 PM at the YWCA office. Zoom access available.
