Nonprofit Partners Board Internship Directory

Below are the organizations that have signed up to host a Fellow on their Board throughout the 2026-2027 Class Year. The organization is listed and linked first with their Board Meeting requirements listed below each organization.

  • We meet every other month, on a Monday from 5:30 - 7 PM. Our next meeting is Monday, November 2nd.

  • Board Meetings held bi-monthly from 12:00 - 1:00 PM.
    Hybrid option with two required in-person meetings: September (Board Retreat), November, January, March, May, July.

  • Monthly, 3rd WED from 7:30 – 8:30 AM. Hybrid option for meetings.
    *This Board is observation only and cannot offer a board position after Fellows time is complete.

  • Second Wednesday of every month. 6:30 -7:30 PM at CALC Office, 38 W. Pomfret St., Carlisle, PA

    In the new year, we may be shifting this to the third Tuesday of the month to allow for better attendance and proper financials.

  • We meet a minimum of 6 times a year at the YMCA at 5:30 PM On the 4th Tuesday of the Month

    We already had our September meeting; we do ask them to serve on a committee which will provide more engagement.

  • We normally meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at the United Way located at 145 South Hanover Street. If this happens to be a holiday, we will agree upon another convenient day for our meeting.

  • Day: Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of the month
    Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

  • Monthly on 2nd Thursday of the month via Zoom
    It is also recommended that the Fellow attend club meetings, held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from noon to 1 pm at 120 W Ridge Street, Carlisle.

  • First Monday of the Month (holidays moved to the following week), 4-5 pm on Dickinson College campus

  • Second Monday every month at 6pm at Gather Your Party, 219 N Hanover St, Carlisle, PA 17013

  • Board Meetings - 4th Thursday of Each Month at 7:30 AM
    At Carlisle CARES Office (230 S Spring Garden St, Carlisle) or on Teams

    Board members are encouraged to participate in standing committees and event-planning committees based on their skills, interests, and availability. Committee involvement strengthens organizational oversight, supports fundraising and community engagement, and advances the mission of Community CARES.

  • Board Meetings (full Board) are held on the second Wednesday of every other month, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and are conducted via Zoom, with occasional in-person meetings at CONTACT's office location or a location of the Board's choice.
    Executive Committee Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 8:30 am via Zoom.

  • The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4 PM. We prefer for people to meet in person at CCHS but a hybrid option via Zoom is possible.

  • Board Meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month.
    In person at the Hampden Township Administration Building at 6 PM.
    Attendees may participate either in person or through our hybrid meeting option.

  • Board meetings are held the second Friday of every month at 8am. Meetings are located in the DCA Office on the lower level of the Carlisle Borough building, 53 West South Street.

  • 2nd Monday of each month at 6pm at Content Creators Collective, 1 E. Main St., Mechanicsburg

  • Board Meetings Meet the 2nd Monday of the month, 5:30-6:30 PM
    Orrstown Bank, 427 Village Drive, Carlisle
    *No meeting in January or July.

  • Board meets the 4th Monday of October, January, April, and July at 6:00 PM for a hybrid meeting. Most committees meet monthly, and Fellow is encouraged to attend each committee meeting at least once.

  • The Friend board meets monthly on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. The board does not meet in July or December. Seven of the ten meetings are held online with the remaining three meetings held in person at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library Learning and Book Sale Center at 45 W Allen St, Mechanicsburg.

  • Board meetings are bi-monthly, held virtually. Times rotate: 8:00 a.m., noon and 6:00 p.m.

  • The Board of Directors meet the third Thursday of each month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Good Hope Fire Station Community Room

  • Board meetings are only in person on the first Tuesday of every other month at 5:30 pm.

  • The board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in February, April, May, June, September, October, and November. The January meeting is a board retreat and meeting from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library Learning and Book Sale Center at 45 W Allen St in Mechanicsburg.

  • Monthly, 1st TUE at 8:00 AM in person at Carlisle Chamber

  • Right now we meet 6 times per year as a full board, alternating months committee work.

    Board meetings are 3rd Thursday of every other month 3-5pm. While in-person is preferred, some members join online occasionally.

    Committee meetings meet at various times, mostly during the day.

  • Meets every other month on the 2nd Tuesday, 4:30 - 6:00 pm, from October to June (so the fellow will be able to attend 4 meetings). Meetings are hybrid, with the option to attend in person at our office in Carlisle. As in the past, we will invite the fellow to attend committee meetings between board meetings for greater exposure to our structure and processes.

  • Third Tuesday of every month, 5:00pm - 6:00pm, The Salvation Army 20 E Pomfret Street, Carlisle Pa 17013

  • We have a meeting of the entire Board each Saturday morning at 8:30. This is held at the Carlisle United Methodist Church prior to helping clients. Each volunteer who has meet the requirements to be a functioning volunteer then becomes a member of our Board with full voting rights.

  • Board Meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month from 5:00-6:00 PM.
    Held in the Board Room at the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce, 801 S. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA.

  • Meetings will be held on October 26, December 28*, February 22, April 26, and June 28.
    *The December meeting will likely be moved up in the month due to the holiday.
    All are virtual over Zoom and begin at 5:30 PM. Meetings last 60-90 minutes.

  • Last Thursday of every other month, 12 PM, 55 Utley Drive, Camp Hill PA 17011

  • The Board Meets on the 2nd Thursday of Every Month at 4:00 PM at the United Way Office.

  • Every other month 12-1:30 at UPMC Pinnacle Foundation Office, located at 409 S. 2nd Street. There is a virtual option too.

  • Board Meetings are one Wednesday a month at 6:30.
    Our meetings are hybrid - in person at our office and on zoom.

  • Last Thursday of the month from 3-4pm at the West Shore Chamber of Commerce office in Camp Hill.

  • Board Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of Every Month at 5:00 PM
