We normally meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm at the United Way located at 145 South Hanover Street. If this happens to be a holiday, we will agree upon another convenient day for our meeting.

It is also recommended that the Fellow attend club meetings, held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from noon to 1 pm at 120 W Ridge Street, Carlisle.

Board Meetings (full Board) are held on the second Wednesday of every other month, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and are conducted via Zoom, with occasional in-person meetings at CONTACT's office location or a location of the Board's choice.
Executive Committee Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 8:30 am via Zoom.

The board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 4 PM. We prefer for people to meet in person at CCHS but a hybrid option via Zoom is possible.

Board Meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month.
In person at the Hampden Township Administration Building at 6 PM.
Attendees may participate either in person or through our hybrid meeting option.

Board meetings are held the second Friday of every month at 8am. Meetings are located in the DCA Office on the lower level of the Carlisle Borough building, 53 West South Street.

Board meets the 4th Monday of October, January, April, and July at 6:00 PM for a hybrid meeting. Most committees meet monthly, and Fellow is encouraged to attend each committee meeting at least once.

The Friend board meets monthly on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm. The board does not meet in July or December. Seven of the ten meetings are held online with the remaining three meetings held in person at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library Learning and Book Sale Center at 45 W Allen St, Mechanicsburg.

Board meetings are bi-monthly, held virtually. Times rotate: 8:00 a.m., noon and 6:00 p.m.

The Board of Directors meet the third Thursday of each month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Good Hope Fire Station Community Room

Board meetings are only in person on the first Tuesday of every other month at 5:30 pm.

The board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm in February, April, May, June, September, October, and November. The January meeting is a board retreat and meeting from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Meets every other month on the 2nd Tuesday, 4:30 - 6:00 pm, from October to June (so the fellow will be able to attend 4 meetings). Meetings are hybrid, with the option to attend in person at our office in Carlisle. As in the past, we will invite the fellow to attend committee meetings between board meetings for greater exposure to our structure and processes.

Board Meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month from 5:00-6:00 PM.
Held in the Board Room at the Carlisle Chamber of Commerce, 801 S. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA.

Meetings will be held on October 26, December 28*, February 22, April 26, and June 28.
*The December meeting will likely be moved up in the month due to the holiday.
All are virtual over Zoom and begin at 5:30 PM. Meetings last 60-90 minutes.
