Session Descriptions:
Leading Yourself: Identity, Paradigms & Personal Responsibility
Leadership begins with how we see ourselves and the world around us. Participants will explore how identity, mindset, and personal responsibility influence every leadership decision they make.
Together, we'll examine the power of paradigms, challenge limiting assumptions, and discover why meaningful leadership growth always begins from the inside out.
Participants will:
• Reflect on the kind of leader they are becoming.
• Recognize how paradigms shape leadership decisions and relationships.
• Explore the impact of the people, experiences, and influences shaping their thinking.
• Learn why personal responsibility is the foundation of effective leadership.
• Leave with one intentional leadership commitment to practice over the next 90 days.
Leading Yourself: Purpose, Priorities & Self-Mastery
Once leaders become more intentional about who they are becoming, the next challenge is living consistently with that identity. This session explores how purpose, values, priorities, and daily habits shape long-term leadership effectiveness while providing practical tools to align everyday decisions with the leader participants aspire to become.
Participants will:
• Clarify the values and purpose that guide their leadership.
• Evaluate whether their daily priorities reflect what matters most.
• Explore the relationship between habits, self-discipline, and long-term effectiveness.
• Develop practical strategies for leading themselves with greater intentionality.
• Create a personal 90-day growth plan for continued leadership development.
What Alumni Can Expect
This is not a traditional leadership presentation.
Participants can expect an engaging, discussion-based experience that combines practical leadership principles, thought-provoking questions, personal reflection, and real-world application.
Rather than simply learning new leadership concepts, participants will leave with greater self-awareness, practical insights, and actionable commitments they can immediately apply in both their personal and professional lives.
