Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training
During part two of our Ongoing Educational Series sponsored by Belco Community Credit Union, Leadership Cumberland will be hosting a virtual Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training by Leadership Harrisburg and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Foundation. During the training, attendees will learn why diversity, equality, equity, inclusion, and racial justice are important at work, at home and in the community. Attendees will learn about addressing barriers at your organization, in your departments, with your teams, at home, and in the community. Overcoming bias, ignorance, misunderstanding, passivism, prejudice, systemic racism, and privilege will also be covered in the training.
