LC Webinar - Navigating the Unprecedented: Best Practices in Leading Remotely

June 18th - 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
ZOOM

Presented by: Matthew Sowcik, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Leadership Education, University of Florida

As we quickly transition to the “new normal” it is critically important that we address a more complete approach to the leadership. This new perception must addresses structure, employee’s needs, remote work culture, and the necessary political elements (to name a few), which have emerged in this new landscape. There are four essential lenses of leadership that need to be considered to provide contextual clues on how to lead more effectively in a remote work setting. Without a doubt, the most valuable aspect of identifying and utilizing these different lenses of leadership is to help you and your team move forward quickly in these complex and uncertain times. During the training, we will explore the four different leadership lenses, reframe the way you understand leadership and provide best practices for leading in a remote work environment that you can use the moment training is over. This training will transform the way you lead now and into the future.
